We have an amazing array of blog posts for the first day dedicated to writer Richard Matheson!

My co-host Rich at Wide Screen World, who is a non-driver, examines the issue of “road rage” with his review of Stephen Spielberg’s Duel.

Realweegiemidget Reviews looks at the more romantic side of Richard Matheson with his beloved time travel drama, Somewhere in Time.

John V’s Eclectic Avenue finds that all three parts of the 1975 TV movie, Trilogy of Terror, effective examples of Matheson’s skill in building suspense and horror.

The Midnite Drive-In compares and contrasts the three official film adaptations of Matheson’s novel, I Am Legend.

The Stop Button is impressed by the special effects–but a bit less impressed by some of the dramatic choices–in the classic sci-fi film The Incredible Shrinking Man.
